// OUR STORY
From a hobby in the garage to the cages riders trust.
RSK started the way most great shops do — as a hobby. Our founder, Vern, brought 30 years of fabrication and welding experience to his own passion: building incredible-looking accessories for UTVs. What he built for himself and his friends turned heads everywhere they rode.
People instantly recognized the work as a cut above — top-tier product, the kind you can't find anywhere else. Word spread fast, demand grew huge, and almost overnight a hobby turned into a business.
Today, RSK is turning the page under new owner Chris Rutherford, who has moved manufacturing over to the Oregon Coast to expand and grow the brand. Chris has teamed up with a crew of very talented professionals to bring RSK to another level — while still partnering with Vern on designs for new cars and future plans for products.
It's still the same hand-built standard Vern set from day one. There are tens of thousands of RSK cages out on the trail — each one protecting a life, and every one of them simply looking the best doing it. We count it a blessing to keep growing, and to keep building the cages riders trust to bring them home.
